At Markberg, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, which is why we offer a 14-day return period for all items in their original, unused condition. Please ensure all tags are attached and the product is securely packed to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Register Your Return

  Log in to our online return portal using your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return and receive your prepaid shipping label.

• 2.
  Pack the Items

  Place the items in their original packaging or a sturdy shipping box, ensuring all original tags and protective dust bags are included to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Attach the provided prepaid return label to the outside of your parcel and drop it off at your nearest authorized carrier location or scheduled pickup point.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects and approves your return, we will process your refund back to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.
